Something has
changed.

The role got bigger. The stakes got higher. The team shifted. The organization changed around you. Or you realized that the way you have been leading may not be enough for what comes next.

When the context changes, familiar leadership habits can become more consequential. This is a place to see what is happening, work on what matters, and choose how you want to lead from here.

Six months gives the work room to unfold.
The arc is intentional, but the pace is personal—shaped by your context, your leadership challenges, and what matters most right now.

02

See yourself
clearly.

Reset begins by seeing yourself more clearly. Three Hogan assessments offer complementary lenses on how you lead, what can get in the way under pressure, and what matters to you.

Your coach helps you connect those insights to the leadership moments that matter now.

Hogan is handled confidentially and is never presented as a score, type, or fixed definition of who you are.

Work on what
matters.

Repair is where awareness meets the work. We use a meaningful live leadership context to understand what has drifted, create room for a different perspective, and practice a way forward. The focus is rebuilding connection, trust, and alignment through actions you can practice.

  1. Clarity

    Name what is real.

  2. Curiosity

Surface the stories you have created and seek what is not yet understood.

  3. Courage

Reveal the needs beneath protective patterns.

  4. Connection

    Rebuild shared purpose.

  5. Consistency

Anchor change through small, visible, repeated actions.

The pathway remains in sequence, while its pacing and application are guided by the real context you are leading in.

Keep the work
in motion.

Leadership development does not live only in a coaching call. Between sessions, brief weekly touchpoints keep your attention connected to the work already on your calendar.

Field notes, reflection, and one small practice help you prepare for coaching and apply what you learn in meetings and conversations already on your calendar.

How do the six months work?

The journey includes 12 one-to-one coaching sessions with Kim, delivered virtually. You move through Reset, Repair, and Reclaim, with the pace shaped by your context. Scheduling is discussed before you begin.

What is included?

Individual coaching, Hogan assessment and a facilitated profile review, brief weekly reflection and practice, and the tools you build along the way. You finish with a Reclaimed Leadership Practice and a 90-Day Continuation Plan.

What happens between sessions?

Brief weekly touchpoints help you notice a pattern, reflect, and try a small behavioral experiment in your real work. You bring what you learn into your next coaching conversation.

How is progress understood?

You and Kim choose a development focus grounded in a real leadership situation. Commitments, reflection, feedback, and evidence from your practice help you see what is changing and what still needs attention.

Can my employer sponsor the coaching?

Yes. Individuals and employer-sponsored participants follow the same core journey. Sponsor involvement, contracting, and confidentiality expectations are discussed before coaching begins. Let us know whether you are inquiring for yourself or on behalf of a leader.

How are confidentiality and assessments handled?

Hogan is used in a confidential, coach-led review. Before the journey begins, we discuss the coaching agreement, how information is handled, and any sponsor involvement. Please keep assessment results and sensitive coaching details out of the public inquiry form.

How do I learn about pricing and availability?

Contact us for pricing, availability, and further information. Share a brief description of your leadership context and preferred timing.

What happens after I inquire?

The Beyond the Desk team will follow up to discuss your context, what you hope to work on, and whether the journey is a useful fit. This is also the time to ask about scheduling, investment, and sponsorship.

Start where
you are.

Tell us briefly what you are navigating, when you would like to begin, and whether the inquiry is for you or an employer-sponsored leader. We will follow up about fit, pricing, and availability.
